If jqk club detects that you hold more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended or terminated, and all bonuses, winnings, and balances within those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and the bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions. JQK Club reserves the right to request document verification (KYC) at any time to confirm your identity.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. jqk club will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

The daily withdrawal limit for standard jqk club accounts is RM 10,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits depending on their membership tier. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification before approval.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your jqk club account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

All bets placed on the jqk club platform — whether on Malaysia Super League or EPL football, BWF badminton, Mobile Legends or DOTA 2 e-sports, poker, slots, or Live Casino — are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except under specific circumstances determined by jqk club.
In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software malfunction affecting game outcomes or displayed odds, JQK Club reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the stake amount to the member's account. JQK Club's decision in such matters is final.
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party programs to play or place bets on the jqk club platform is strictly prohibited. jqk club employs advanced detection systems to identify such activity.

Jqk club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, jqk club reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Legitimate cash balances (deposited funds not implicated in the breach) will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation, where applicable.
